The purpose of the module is to ensure, that students:
All of the above require the fundamental skills in planning, design and engineering acquired during the first three semesters of ATCM or an equivalent education program.
All teaching and counselling is in oral and written English. You will experience a lot of different teaching methods such as lectures, presentations, dialogue, exchange of experiences, group work, independent studies, portfolio work and a project work throughout the module.

Interdisciplinary semester project:
The project work involves interdisciplinary semester projects, subprojects or projects carried out in collaboration with the profession;
The semester is documented digitally in a design project using BIM models at information level 4 with a project proposal; a construction project using BIM models at information level 5 with a regulatory project; a partial detail project using BIM models at information level 6 with a partial execution project.

It is a full time study program. Students should expect to spend around 20 hours per week attending lectures, 10 hours for project team work and another 10 hours on own preparation: Reading, doing assignments etc.

BIM – Visual programming
It is a full time elective subject. Students should expect to spend around 15 hours per week attending lectures, 10 hours for project team work and another 15 hours on own preparation: Reading, doing assignments etc.
The purpose of the course is to give the student prerequisite skills in visual programming and parametric design through the use of Dynamo for Revit and gained a series of generic competencies.

The course gives an overview of how Dynamo for Revit, can be used when designing digitally.
The prerequisites for the course is to have general knowledge to Revit.
The course is based upon working and education in the 21st century skills that consist of the following field of competencies:
- IT and learning
- Knowledge construction
- Problem solving and innovation
- Competent communication
- The professional topic is based on visual programming but also parametric designing.
An oral test will be conducted in the final week of the compulsory interdisciplinary project period.
The duration of the test is 30 minutes including presentation, questions, deliberations and feedback to the student.
Three members of teaching staff from the Planning and Steering Group/Project Design Group must be present.
The Industry and Prefabrication project is to be presented using digital projection.
To facilitate assessment of layout technique, drawing technique etc., the student must print and post up, at a minimum, the following drawing types: site plan, 1-2 key plans, 1 cross section, 4-5 details and façades.
