Daily access to UCL Boulevarden is available during this period:
Outside opening hours there is access to UCL Boulevarden with an access card/student ID.
Students are free to book seminar rooms and classrooms via TimeEdit.
When logging on with WAYF (your seven-figure username and your password) you get access to a number of rooms.

Existing license plate registrations as well as rules for students and staff continue. New staff and students will be created in the parking system from the central team.
An automated system is being prepared. Launch date has not been set yet.

It is free to get a student card, which also gives access to various facilities on campus.
The student card gives you access to campus facilities and facilities.
The cards will be produced and handed out at the start of the study. As a starting point, you will be photographed in a team where, for example, a tutor ensures that you have time to get individual pictures for student cards.
Once the team has taken pictures, a representative of the team must send an email via their student email to byg-servicedesk@ucl.dk. The e-mail must state education and team no.
When the team's student card is ready for collection in the Information, an email will be sent to the team's representative.
Students who have not been photographed in a team, must take a photo and send an email to byg-servicedesk@ucl.dk with uni log in (what is in your student email before @) and full name (eg Sofie Marie Jensen).
You will receive a message from the barley service desk when the student card is ready for collection in the Information.
When you have lost your student card as a student, you must take a new photo and then send a case to byg-servicedesk@ucl.dk, where you must provide the following:

Missed items can be handed in and picked up by contacting the studyadministration
We keep forgotten items for 3 months, after which it is handed over to the lost goods office in Odense.
