It is free to get a student card, which also gives access to various facilities on campus.

Access outside of normal opening hours.

The student card gives you access to campus facilities and facilities.

You will be helped to create a student card

The cards will be produced and handed out at the start of the study. As a starting point, you will be photographed in a team where, for example, a tutor ensures that you have time to get individual pictures for student cards.

Once the team has taken pictures, a representative of the team must send an email via their student email to byg-servicedesk@ucl.dk. The e-mail must state education and team no.

When the team's student card is ready for collection in the Information, an email will be sent to the team's representative.

Students who have not been photographed in a team, must take a photo and send an email to byg-servicedesk@ucl.dk with uni log in (what is in your student email before @) and full name (eg Sofie Marie Jensen).

You will receive a message from the barley service desk when the student card is ready for collection in the Information.

Photo machines

The vending machines are located in Building A, at each end of the back of the Auditorium towards Hal C.

International students

International students can only take a photo and make a student card when they have a Danish CPR number which has been updated via study service on the 1st floor of building A.

Lost student card

When you have lost your student card as a student, you must take a new photo and then send a case to byg-servicedesk@ucl.dk, where you must provide the following:

  • Uni login (what's in your student email before @)
  • Full names (eg Sofie Marie Jensen)

You will receive a message from the barley service desk when the student card is ready for collection in the Information.

If you have further questions about student cards, you can contact byg-servicedesk@ucl.dk.

Missed items can be handed in and picked up by contacting the information in Building A.

We keep forgotten items for 3 months, after which it is handed over to the lost goods office in Odense.

UCL assumes no liability for lost cases.
